Randy Ramos took the time to explain the whole process and always was avaliable for my questions during that time. Since this was a special order and most sales people are not even familiar with the car Michael Diamond did a tremendous job working with me to get the order placed. Even after it was delivered he spent a good deal of time showing me the car and going through the features including the initial setup of the bluetooth and Onstar. Carrie was an absolute joy to work with via email as my schedule didn't always allow for phone calls to be made. She was an integral part of me deciding to come to Apple Chevrolet as she answered questions, made suggestions about other possible vehicles, etc. When I got there, I was greeted within a few minutes of walking through the door, Carrie greeted me & advised that she had given all my details (printed copies of our emails!) to Dan who then seamlessly helped me through the entire purchase process from negotiating a price, finding a lower APR for my loan, service advice, etc. He helped me sync my phone & gave me steps to follow to activate my OnStar service. Late on 12/23/15, we went to Apple to see a 2012 Suburban that we found on the internet. We had been looking for a newer Suburban for several months. Jeff Dignan let us take the car for a test drive. Because it was night time, Jeff let us look at the car in the heated service area. Jeff then gave us the CarFax, dealer work invoice and extended power train, KKB evaluation and extended warranty price. He provided the initial out the door price. When we advised that we could not make a decision that night, and that we would like to return on 12/26/15 in the daylight to look at the car. Jeff told us that he would be off, and introduced us to Henry Rhodes. On 12/26/15, we returned and asked for Henry. He assigned Mike Diamond to us. We went for another test drive and inspection. . Because it was raining that morning, Mike let us look at the car again in the service area, even though the area was busy. Everyone in the shop was courteous. We had our old Yukon evaluated and reached a price with the trade-in, which included replacement of two exterior door handles that morning. We also received an additional key and fob. The finance guy Chris was easy to deal with and answered all of our questions. The out the door price and negotiations were fair and efficient. The car is very nice and we also liked the fact that we were able to buy the car locally.. Mike, Jeff, Henry, Chris and everyone that we met was courteous and friendly. The dealership and shop area is organized, clean and well-maintained. We would include Apple when we are looking for another car, and will recommend Mike, Jeff, Henry and Chris to family and friends.
