I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I made it perfectly clear to the salesman from the very start that I despise buying a vehicle. That being said you would think they would make EVERY e made it perfectly clear to the salesman from the very start that I despise buying a vehicle. That being said you would think they would make EVERY effort to make sure that ALL aspects of buying the experience went EXTREMELY well. The fact is, it didn't. Although salesman was above board, I take issue with 2 things: 1. I purchased extra tint after it was offers to me. The salesman ask me how how much of a tint that I want. I want light medium or dark. I said medium. When it came time to make installation appointment I was asked what percentage did I want and I said I want the medium. The lady said that's not the question the question is what percentage of tint do you want because you can go ill legal if you get too dark. I am extremely upset but this issue or point was not brought up when I agreed to buy the extra tinting. There is absolutely no reason in the world why they didn't tell me about this. Had I known this was going to be an issue I would have not purchased it at all. I was told money for the extra tinting would be refunded to me. A week later that has not happened yet. And there is absolutely no excuse for that. 2. Yes I was offered the extended warranty at time of purchase but decided against it. Three business days later I decided I wanted it. The finance guy give me a quote that was $ $1,400 higher I'm quoted at the time of sale. I asked why the discrepancy he said because I I waited till after the sale to buy it. He said that to get it at the current price right now you need to buy it this week because it will keep going up otherwise. I personally think there is a big crock. I searched online for other quotes for the exact same type of extended warranty. I was given a cheaper price that was actually $200 less then the initial quote at the time of sale. I asked why I was told that the price of keep going up as time went on. I was told the Fear Factor was put being put into me. I was also told not to walk away from such a dealership buy to run away. Therefore because of my experiences I recommend you not even go to this dealership. Yes I'm absolutely certain based on my experience that the service department second to none. However my experience at time of sale tells me stay away from there. If you already have a vehicle I think you'll be fine having a serviced but forget about buying a vehicle from them. More

Working with Jenny was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My brother bought a vehicle from her 4 years ago and he spoke so highly of her so I couldn’t think of anyone else I would want to work I’ve ever had. When I arrived, she already had the vehicle pulled up for me and ready to go for a test drive. She let me take it for as long as I needed to. Unfortunately, i realized the Traverse wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Jenny then showed me the Blazer. From the moment I saw it, I knew this was the vehicle. Again, she let me test drive it and told me to take my time. It didn’t take me long to get back to the dealership and talk numbers. The process was quick and painless. I recommend asking for Jenny and she will treat you like family. More

They couldnt care less about you Drove 150+ miles to see a camaro they had on the lot. Was assured that the car was in great shape. Arrived to find damage to front and rear of car.
