I built my truck thru Cheverlot.com and search revealed Apple Chevrolet. I completed 99% by phone/text with my sales associate and when I arrived EVERYTHING I was told by phone had not change! Last year I bought a used 2017 Colorado Z71 from a dealership in Wheeling. Too far to go for warranty work. My transmission ceased. The truck wouldn't move. That's where I met Carl And Dan. They handled this like true professionals. There had been a bulletin put out by GM on this problem. Simple fix. They changed Trans fluid from factory to Mobil-One. The Trans not only was working, but shifted better that before it ceased. Because it was warranty work, the cost - $0.00. Thank you Apple and the crew that took care of this. Absolutely seamless. I will be going there for all my service work. :) More

This is the third vehicle that I bought from Apple Chevrolet, each and every time the experience was excellent. With my most recent purchase Joe Spytek sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable of Chevrolet, each and every time the experience was excellent. With my most recent purchase Joe Spytek sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable of the new 2021 Suburban that I ordered. He kept in touch with me on the progress @ the factory. BOUGHT A BRAND NEW SILVERADO, BROKE DOWN ON THE WAY HOME, GOT IT FIXED, BROKE DOWN AGAIN AT 8K MILES, TOOK TO APPLE CHEVY FOR SERVICE, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A LOANER AT 1ST AND THEN AFTER AN EMOTIONAL CONV GOT IT FIXED, BROKE DOWN AGAIN AT 8K MILES, TOOK TO APPLE CHEVY FOR SERVICE, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A LOANER AT 1ST AND THEN AFTER AN EMOTIONAL CONVERSATION WITH ME BEING ANGRY THEY GAVE ME A LOANER, THEN THEY WANTED ME TO SIGN LOANER PAPERS WITH BLANK SPACES FOR THE RENTAL PRICE AND A NOT INSPECTED DOCUMENTATION OF CONDITION OF THE LOANER. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH CHEVY AND APPLE CHEVY DEALER. I AM SELLING THE SILVERADO AND WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHEVY AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RETURN TO APPLE CHEVY!!! More
I’ve been driving a chevy for the last 10 years. I’ve done business with Apple Chevy twice (1 purchase and 1 lease.) I also get all my car maintenance with them. I went in today to return my lease. The financing manager hardly said a word to me throughout the entire process. When he was done completing computer documentation he just said sign here. Gave me a copy of the signed document and said I was good to go. I was by myself and had just returned a vehicle so I couldn’t just drive back home. I asked him if there was anyway I could get a ride home. He said maybe the service shuttle could drive me. They were out with another customer and would be a 20-30 min wait. I said I would just take an uber. That was it. No “thank you for being our customer for the past few years” or nothing. I was very disappointed with how I was treated and will never recommend or do service with them again. More
