Carl which is the service guy that I had I wouldn’t recommend him to my worse enemy he was very disrespectful and rude to me yelling in a very unpleasant voice and he didn’t want to honor my extended w recommend him to my worse enemy he was very disrespectful and rude to me yelling in a very unpleasant voice and he didn’t want to honor my extended warranty not to mention CARL told me he called to see about my extended warranty come to find out he never attempted to call them but told me he did I called every number that’s connected with my warranty and was transferred all over know claim was ever filed and no call ever made just so happened about an hr after while I’m on the phone once again with the warranty department guess who was calling in the claim … our buddy CARL at that point he had already knew I wasn’t buying his shenanigans and the scrutiny so decided to call in the claim but one thing I never did was never rude to him in any type of way there’s more that old Carl try to pull be mindful of people like Carl going to Apple Chevy especially if your a woman and don’t know much about cars More
