The service department took my car for a regular maintenance and recommended recall service. They did not communicate with me about the service time until five days later. My car was at the shop for maintenance and recommended recall service. They did not communicate with me about the service time until five days later. My car was at the shop for five days, I had to called the shop to get information about my vehicle. No one called me about my car. I had walked in the shop on the fifth day before the shop Manager handled the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. I did not expect that kind of service from Genesis of Clarksville. Hope they can fix this issue and make sure it doesn’t happen again. More

The service itself was good. But there was no communication from the dealership. My warranty fix was supposed to only take one day. Instead it took a week. Everyday I had to track down someone at the dealership and was given a different story and told that someone would call. Then the following afternoon I would again have to call and track down someone who could give me an update on my vehicle. Everytime my vehicle has been there for service I’ve received the same treatment. I can understand that service can sometimes take longer than expected, but there’s no excuse for a lack of communication. This dealership really lacks customer service. More
