Felecia was great to work with. Antwerpen was the only maryland dealer open on a Sunday that had the new 2013 Genesis Coupe in stock. I had to run home to pick up my wife, and while I did that they washed the car and filled the gas tank. When I got back to the dealership the car was clean and they let me take a second test drive to make sure my family was comfortable in the car. The paperwork process was painless with JB. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a Tucson after looking at it at the 2012 Washington Car Show. I filled out a request at Costco and shortly afterwards I received an e-mail from Felecia. I responded back to her that we were interested in a 2012 Black Tucson Limited and I listed the extras required along with a request for a price quote for the vehicle on the road. She responded in an e-mail with a great price and then we setup a date to pick up the vehicle. They did not have this vehicle in their inventory so they made a dealer to dealer purchase. When we went to pick up the vehicle we were there for approximately two hours and Felecia went over everything in the vehicle for us since we were new to a lot of the features.
