Far exceeded my expectations! I went into Andy Shaw Ford on 4/23/19 to see if I could possibly find a car that I could afford. However, from the moment I walked in the door, everyone went out of their way to help me find the best vehicle possible that would fit within my budget. I got way more than I could have ever hoped for, and I am thrilled with my purchase. Great Experience Traveled 75 miles to check out a 2019 Ford Transit Connect passenger wagon and was met by Greg Jamison, Sales Associate. Took the vehicle for a short test drive and in less than an hour left the dealership with a new vehicle. The process was very simple. I usually hate the new car buying process but this home town dealership made it very simple. My highest rating goes to Andy Shaw Ford Inc. dealership and specifically to Greg Jamison and the entire staff for a great experience. Issues all around I bought my vehicle here and then got into an accident so thought it would be a good place to get it repaired. After they fixed it, the paint job peel I bought my vehicle here and then got into an accident so thought it would be a good place to get it repaired. After they fixed it, the paint job peeled and the air-conditioning quit working, so I brought it back to the body shop one month after they fixed it because of the issues and Danny in the body shop tried to charge me again to fix it after my insurance company just paid him 1 month ago. It is still under warranty for the labor they did for fixing my vehicle incorrectly. So now I have take them to court. This body shop cuts corners so then you have issues down the road. He tried to tell me to just trade my vehicle in. It was a brand new vehicle until they got their hands on it. It's time for me to buy my daughter a car, I was going to buy it here, but thanks to Danny in the body shop, he cost them a customer. More
