Great experience I had the pleasure of buying a new 2018 Mustang 5.0 GT from Mr. Bradley. My family has been getting vehicles from this man as far back as I can rememb I had the pleasure of buying a new 2018 Mustang 5.0 GT from Mr. Bradley. My family has been getting vehicles from this man as far back as I can remember. The first two I drove are also from Andy Shaw Ford, but they always say the third is the charm. Mr. Bradley was very friendly, helpful, and worked with me in order to get the Mustang I really wanted. Overall, an easy going yet well polished process, I look forward to coming back to the dealership! More

As of August 3, 2018 I just bought a new 2018 Ford F150 XLT from Sales Consultant Greg Jamison at Andy Shaw Ford. Greg breaks any bad stereotypes of car salesperson. My experience with Greg's work on this purchase is that he truly listened to what I needed and wanted out of this vehicle. He was in tuned to my timeline, financing concerns, and service after the sale has been made. I think I put forth a set of difficult constraints in purchasing my F150. But Greg met and went beyond my expectations. Greg and the supporting staff (especially the sales and financing managers) were incredibly trustworthy and helpful. In closing if you are like me in that you are weary of sales people especially in make a major life purchase like a new car, I would strongly recommend you visit Greg Jamison at Andy Shaw Ford in Sylva, North Carolina before you commit to a new car purchase. Great people and fast service I was on vacation nearby when my check engine light came on. They diagnosed the problem in very little time, The problem was an obscure sensor but th I was on vacation nearby when my check engine light came on. They diagnosed the problem in very little time, The problem was an obscure sensor but they were able to get one in the very next day and install it in about an hour. The staff was great and it ended up taking minimal time away from vacation. I'd certainly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. More
