Great Experience I am a busy person....3 kids, two jobs and school. When my teenage daughter's truck was totaled, the logical thing to do was to give her my 2010 Focus I am a busy person....3 kids, two jobs and school. When my teenage daughter's truck was totaled, the logical thing to do was to give her my 2010 Focus that still runs like a top and buy myself a new vehicle for work. I drive a lot as a social worker. So, I called up Andy Shaw to speak to Allen Powell who sold my husband an excellent used truck last year. Allen gave me information about the inventory and we discussed my best options. A few days later I walked onto the lot and was greeted by my old friend, Donald Bradley. Allen was out that day but Donald (who I have known since childhood) eagerly but without pressure showed me around their Ford Focus inventory and gave me a test drive of the a 2016 stick shift model that gets 35-45 mpg. I was very excited by this option. Two days later I returned to purchase that vehicle.....Donald and Allen worked together on the sell in order to accomodate my busy schedule. Financing options were excellent and my 2016 Focus was gased up and ready to go in a short while. I felt like I made the best decision based on my needs and that the sales staff worked as a team to get me the bset deal. I highly recommend Andy Shaw Ford and will be returning in the future when I have the need for another vehicle. I have used other nearby dealerships in the past but never felt quite as well treated. Superior Customer Service Bobbi Jones! Traveling from Georgia to NC to visit with our daughter at WCU in Cullowhee our car ran hot due to a damaged thermostat/radiator housing. Bobbi Jones, the Service Advisor at Andy Shaw Ford in Sylva displayed the highest level of customer service we've ever experienced with any car dealership anywhere! They didn't have the part in stock but arranged for the part to deliver later that day from SC. Bobbi arranged a late checkout with the Comfort Inn & Suites adjacent to the dealership, she had someone from the dealer come to the hotel to get our luggage while we went to lunch with our daughters and waited for the part to come in. Once the part came in it was discovered that a new cap was also needed in order for the new thermostat/radiator housing to work properly. This Lincoln LS part was available in Ashville but it was nearly closing time. Bobbi worked tirelessly to come up with a viable plan that would work for my wife and I. My wife had to be back in Georgia for a mandatory meeting the next morning. Bobbi was nothing short of a "blessing" to us. She arranged a rental for us to get back to Georgia and for us to pickup our car on Sunday when we returned to Cullowhee to pick up our daughter. Bobbi Jones is a tremendous asset to Andy Shaw Ford and you have a satisfied, long term customer! Thank you for everything!!! More

Most Honest Auto Repair Shop in the USA I just got a call from John in the Service Department of Andy Shaw Ford in Sylva, NC. He called to tell me that "we owe you $100." I laughed and ask I just got a call from John in the Service Department of Andy Shaw Ford in Sylva, NC. He called to tell me that "we owe you $100." I laughed and asked why. He said that I had previously put down a hundred bucks on a part I had them order for me. He said when they installed it, that they charge me full price, as if I was paying for that ordered part with nothing down. They just caught the mistake and were calling to tell me that they owe me. These guys & gals walk on water. Has anyone else, anywhere ever experienced such a thing from an automotive dealership? And several weeks after the service was rendered? Also, I'd like to say that Andy Shaw Ford has the best quality body shop for a hundred miles around. So much so that other dealerships (Chevy, Toyota, and others) send their customers to Andy Shaw when they need body work. You can trust Andy Shaw Ford's repair department. These are good people doing good work. More
