Audrea Burch was working with another couple when we came in, she made us feel welcome and let us know that she would be with us in a few minutes. Beware of service Dept. I went to this dealership for oil change & tire rotation and while giving info I heard nothing but complaining from the serv. mgr. & another man behin I went to this dealership for oil change & tire rotation and while giving info I heard nothing but complaining from the serv. mgr. & another man behind the desk regarding how short of help they were, everyone was on vacation. The serv. mgr. tried to give a receipt "early" and it had nothing on it but the car and miles. I declined of course. They brought my car out, I got the real documentation proceeded to my car where on the dash was all contents of my glove box inc. the shelf. I waited for this to be resolved for about 10 minutes. Later my husband discovered they had used & KEPT my jack lug handle, spacing and lug mountains. It was a nightmare dealing with this man. He inbformed me a Lincoln did not come with these items. Really? What if one gets a flat? He didn't know but thought it was wrong of Ford. I requested he call the Ford Dealership in Gainesville, GA (great Place) where I bought the car. They informed him yes indeed it did come with these items. He had to order the parts & we had to rent a car to be in Baltimore, MD for a few days. My husband took it today to have the parts put back but after watching the serv dept struggle with trying to put the jack in he said ENOUGH and left. The serv. mgr. did not even come out of his office. This man in totally not aware of the product, incompetent, cost us much expenses and should be fired. I will never buy another Ford product. More

He took me through the process, from the value of my trade-in to rebates to Ford Credit to ownership. I was. very pleased with the whole process. More

I had a great experience getting my beautiful new C Max, and highly recommend the m to anyone looking for a salesman, and financing guru that take pride in what they do, and value you . I was given a gross understatement of the time required Because my 2016 F-150 is still under warranty, and because I had bought it at this dealership, and because I had once already been back to this dealer Because my 2016 F-150 is still under warranty, and because I had bought it at this dealership, and because I had once already been back to this dealership for this same repair, I made an appointment to have my air-conditioning fixed. When I explained that I would be waiting in the waiting room for my truck to be finished, and when I asked about how long it would take, I was told an hour or so. And I made my further plans for the day on that basis. Well, the repair actually took about TWO hours, in order words TWICE the time estimate I had been given. Andy Shaw has got to improve on managing its customers' expectations! More
Dont trust their inspections. On February 7, 2017 my daughter (a WCU student) came to your dealership to have her car inspected. The car failed inspection because she was told the On February 7, 2017 my daughter (a WCU student) came to your dealership to have her car inspected. The car failed inspection because she was told the "tie rods were shot". She was also told Andy Shaw Ford could fix it for $700. She called me immediately to let me know and I said you'll have to bring it home and park it until we can figure something out. To make a long story short, we've had 3 different mechanics look at the car and they were all shocked it didn't pass inspection. The tie rods are fine. I'm really disappointed that you would take advantage of a young girl/student like this! Yes, she is driving a car that is 17 years old, but it's a Toyota Avalon and it's a nice car, even as old as it is. Even more so, she's putting herself through college, as I am a single mom and her dad is of no help. My daughter has since been educated to never take a car to a dealership to get inspected. More
