Great people and fast service I was on vacation nearby when my check engine light came on. They diagnosed the problem in very little time, The problem was an obscure sensor but th I was on vacation nearby when my check engine light came on. They diagnosed the problem in very little time, The problem was an obscure sensor but they were able to get one in the very next day and install it in about an hour. The staff was great and it ended up taking minimal time away from vacation. I'd certainly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. More

I was able to drop my original car off with Scott Rodes to be apprasied while Kayla Hobbs, the sales lady I dealt with during the whole buying process, let me take the ford fusion I wanted to trade for on a test drive. She was well knowledged and very friendly the whole time. Scott was able to get me a fair trade in price for my car and Hollie the Finance lady, helped get me afforable payments for the ford fusion I traded for. Kayla, Scott, and Hollie were very nice and seemed to genuienly care about taking care of me during my business there. Overall, the whole experience was a smooth and quick transaction made great by the employees at Andy Shaw Ford! More
