The leasing/financing process has always been daunting to me, but he got me the best deal and made it less stressful for me. He takes a personal interest in me as a customer, explained my choices and just lets me decide. In the financial department there is a trainee by the name of Alex who, even though he was a trainee, conducted himself as a seasoned professional. Great job Alex!! I will never go anywhere else My car was totaled, due to being hit in the back, and I was very disheartened. The wonderful team in the Body Shop told me about Anil Puran, who woul My car was totaled, due to being hit in the back, and I was very disheartened. The wonderful team in the Body Shop told me about Anil Puran, who would know my car had been totaled and would work to get me into a car I'd be happy with. Within 2 hours, my husband was at the dealership asking for Anil. Anil already knew about the car, color, make and set out to make this as painless as possible. I have not met such a nice, caring, honest car salesman in a long time. (My husband was in the car business so he is the better judge.) He told me how nice of a young man Anil was. This morning I met him, chatted with him. He went above and beyond I feel in getting me into a NEW car with alot more bells and whistles than were on my old Altima. The finance team were wonderful! They explained everything and made sure I had no questions. The other team members all greeted us and then as I left several yelled out "Congratualtions!". I felt like I was part of the family there! I will definately go back to that specific dealership!! Need a new car? Need a used car? Go see ANIL PURAN!.. More

Lost information Went to the collision center in the afternoon. Someone by the name of Mike Lopez followed me out to my car, took pictures, took down my information, Went to the collision center in the afternoon. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called and talked to them. They had no record of my visit, no pictures, and nothing. So essentially they wasted about an hour and a half of my time. (It's a 45 minute drive for me to go there, and they are only open when I'm working). More

Awesome Experience!! I purchased my car a year ago at Andy Mohr and come back to get my car serviced. I came in to get an oil changemail. Salvador greeted me and asked wha I purchased my car a year ago at Andy Mohr and come back to get my car serviced. I came in to get an oil changemail. Salvador greeted me and asked what I needed done, he was amazing from start to finish!! The level of customer service was awesome! Being a store manager I'm always aware of when I receive awesome service! I also had a question for someone in the financial department and asked Salvador if I could speak to someone, he actually walked into the dealership with me and helped me take care of my question. When my car was complete he opened the door for me too. He was great from start to finish, very polite, respectful and professional!!! More
