Hi Dennis Vetrano, We appreciate you sharing your experience. I agree we could have and should have done better. However I do feel the need to clarify a couple things because the truth matters. Yes we did run your card for the deposit and had a miscommunication in our own ranks about whether or not it was run. We also spent significant time on the phone with you explaining how and why that happened, apologized repeatedly and have refunded the card. It was 100% our mistake. It was not a lack of integrity, it was a miscommunication between our staff with no ill intent. We didn't lie and get caught Dennis, we made a mistake. We can agree to disagree but that is the truth. You're very welcome - my review was well deserved! I want to add that I just returned from picking up my plates and registration at your dealership - I was in and out in under 10 minutes and the salesman who helped me couldn't have been nicer. Turn around time was only 3 days - I waited WEEKS at another dealership for my plates. You have loyal customers in our family for sure!
