I recently purchased a brand-new 2020 Nissan Murano from Anchor Nissan, and the experience was truly exceptional. I worked with Sales Consultant Eric Fera, who was able to quickly and efficiently answer al Anchor Nissan, and the experience was truly exceptional. I worked with Sales Consultant Eric Fera, who was able to quickly and efficiently answer all my questions about the vehicle (and any questions I had about other Nissan vehicles I test-drove). He was able to find me exactly what I was looking for, and after a good, long test drive, I fell in love with the new Murano. I wasn’t immediately ready to buy this vehicle, and I wanted some time to really think about the purchase and perhaps test-drive other makes and models before I committed. Eric Fera understood this, and he was never pushy, even after I told him I’d give him an answer by the end of the week. I called two days later, and we began the financing process. After filling out a brief online credit application, I was contacted by Finance Manager Eric Fiske. He was able to get me a quick approval with Nissan Financial, and I was in my new vehicle later that night! I met with Eric Fiske and quickly signed all the paperwork. This process was also stress-free, and I even left the dealership with a better interest rate and price than I originally anticipated! The vehicle was delivered to me in spotless condition. I’ve purchased many cars over the years, and this has been the best experience I’ve ever had! More

Great Experience with Sean Bernier I drove up to Anchor Nissan in North Smithfield, RI from New Jersey because they had the truck I was looking for, a certified pre-owned Nissan Frontie I drove up to Anchor Nissan in North Smithfield, RI from New Jersey because they had the truck I was looking for, a certified pre-owned Nissan Frontier Pro4x with a manual transmission. I was not looking forward to talking to a salesperson because of the way they typically are; pushy, not really having the answers I'm looking for. I met Sean there and I was pleasantly surprised. What makes Sean unique is that he is not just a salesman, but he has a passion for cars and racing as well. Sean knows his product very well, and is straight forward. If he was not sure of something, he was honest about it and looked into the correct answer before getting back to me. Sean was patient, very easy to get along with, and I never felt pressured into anything at all. 10/10 would buy from him again, awesome guy to deal with! More
