After I agreed to buy the car he also helped me return a loaner car from another dealership down the street and picked me up. The only part I hated was an aggressive finance manager who tried to sell me on extra extended coverage. I didn't want any of that. At least he mostly took no for an answer fairly quickly. Joseph is a charming young handsome man who is a pleasure to work with and is accommodating to special needs like picking you up from another dealership. I would have recommend Joseph as an excellent sales agent for this dealership but would not recommend dealing with the finance manager who tries to sell you on extended warranties is not easy to. More
