I was looking to purchase two new vehicles and had a positive experience on my initial visit considering a 2026 model unless an equal deal made sense for a 2027, but 2026 was really the option. My wife and daughters came in to test drive them since I was out of town. While initially treated well, when the pricing and trade-in value for two cars started, the bait-and-switch for a 2027 started with all kinds of dealer prep items added and then low-ball offer on at least one of the trade-ins. Nothing on a 2026. On this dealer's site is the statement: At Allentown Kia, we’re committed to delivering an exceptional and hassle-free car-buying experience. This could not be further from the truth. My wife left feeling like they were being taken advantage of as women, which is really unfortunate when compared with my positive experience several days prior. Terrell was great when I was there and I expected a great experience, which I relayed to my wife and daughters. Things started well when they arrived, but quickly went downhill after the manager discussion occurred and the initial pricing came back on 2027s only. No clue who the manager was, which is unfortunate, because they handled this completely wrong. Terrell certainly was part of whatever discussion was had. More
