Service for my 2015 F150 Allan Vigil Service center is on point. I have 3 vehicles and one of them is not a ford.. However, they service it better than the Chevy dealer do. When I come in to get my vehicles service and see Jasmine Clemens as my service rep I know i'm in good hands. I ask questions and if she don't know the answer she will go find out.. Allen Vigil ford has the worst customer service possible. I went there to get a diagnosis and after 3 days they are unable or unwilling to get a diagnosis. I had to constantly call the service advisor for f I went there to get a diagnosis and after 3 days they are unable or unwilling to get a diagnosis. I had to constantly call the service advisor for follow up and she was the least bit emphatic or would give me a timeline to get my vehicle diagnosed. I ended up having to take it to another dealership. Worst customer service experience ever. Do not take your car to Allan Vigil Ford More
