I took my car here for an oil change, quick lane. Anyway, after picking up my car I park it as my moms to chill. I hit the road around 7:30 and noticed my vehicle sound funny……almost empty when I acc Anyway, after picking up my car I park it as my moms to chill. I went and purchased a 5qt container of oil it took all but 1 quart because I stopped pouring. I’ve checked under my vehicle no leak. I moved my vehicle no leak. But you wrote on my service sheet small leak. No you didn’t replace the oil. I left a voice message no call back. I will NOT be taking my cars back. Oh and let me check the lug nuts and make sure I have all 20 of those too since you were so adamant about changing those. I feel like they let a kid work on my vehicle. If I could give a 0 I would. I was sold a car that did not have an oil change, needed alignment and needed a WHOLE NEW BATTERY. All of these problems were discovered literally 3 weeks after I received the car. Still to this day I’m having problems with my car. My battery died the other day and I was stranded. Called the dealership and they promised that the general manager would give me a call and talk about trading the car for something else. Well it’s been a week a no call from anyone other than the horrible salesman that I no longer want to work with. Please save your time and money. The headache is NOT worth it at all. More
