I turned my car into All Star Hyundai in September. I still do not have my car!! I called and called, and no one could even say if it had been looked at. Finally, in November, it received a diagnostic, b still do not have my car!! I called and called, and no one could even say if it had been looked at. Finally, in November, it received a diagnostic, but no one had any information on the results until December. Of course, my warranty didn't cover the issue, so today I decided to have my car towed to another shop, but when the tow guy gets there, I owe a balance ; however it can be paid over the phone. So, the tow guy and I are waiting and waiting, I then ask what's taking so long. The tow guy says, the representative, stated I'm not on his ticket. My guy left for the day, he's not handling it. This is Ridiculous!! I had to cancel the tow that was already at the destination. This place is horrible!! I have even called Marlowe's ( corporate manager who's great by the way) assistant numerous times and left messages but no response. I'm taking my new Hyundai all the way to Bill Hood in Hammond for now on. Never again!! I must say one person finally called me about my car; he was patient courtes and efficient. Thank You, Rondell. The service department provided a quote for brake work and wiper blades for 3 hours of work. The total time took 7 hours not including trying to get them to remedy the excessive time. The service manager would not work my daughter on costs even though she had her car there for an 8:30 AM appointment and due to lack of mechanics on schedule, a service lift broken down and two mechanics having to share a car lift these all added to the total time for repairs. My daughter was 2 hours late for work as a result of the service departments issues. Also the actual costs were more than the quoted price. I will not recommend their service or their sales and I have used them since 2013. To top things off, Renee told my daughter that if she was late for work that was her issue and that she should have provided her days schedule to them. Are they for real? More

We reached out All Star asking if a Palisade Caligraphy was in stock. Rodney Hebert responded and confirmed they did. My husband was in the hospital but Rodney was patient and kind, just telling me to reac was in stock. Rodney Hebert responded and confirmed they did. The day my husband was released from the hospital we went to Hyundai, and Rodney showed us the Palisade and helped us see all the benefits to both the car and Hyundai as a brand. We wound up buying the suv, and having nothing but good experiences with Rodney. Go see Rodney! More
