If I could rate it 0 stars I would. All Star Hyundai made me wait almost 2 months for an appointment and then once they got my car I couldn’t get in contact with them. I called and call All Star Hyundai made me wait almost 2 months for an appointment and then once they got my car I couldn’t get in contact with them. I called and called and the calls continued to be ended after I would wait on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally got in contact with someone my car had been there almost a month and they hadn’t even looked at it. Told me that sometimes the appointments just “disappear” in the system and he had no idea when they would be able to get to my car. When they finally did work on my car they still did not call or contact me to let me know. I had to physically go to the place to ask questions and to check on the progress of my car. I will never, ever bring my car back here. this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. More

So they was gonna fix something on my car and one of the parts for light was in my trunk so before I can explain to her where it was, she said, oh are you gonna have order that. Needless to say I finally was able to tell her that it was in the trunk of my car. Communicate better people communicate better. More
