Not because he talked me into it. Not because the price was higher, but because the quality in the future was better for me even though the self gratification wanted something else. I'm glad I went with Honda of Abilene. I'm glad it took 90%of my day to complete the sale... because we had some good conversation about other things and showed me that not only Honda but Greg, Jacob, Mike and the other 4 individuals related to my experience are not just selling a car ( like the horror stories you hear) but pleasing the customer. Thanks again for making a stepping stone ladder to my first major purchase smooth with no tears... until after. Still can't believe it's in the driveway. Thanks mom....RIP 11/2015.... KEEP SMILING! Broke down out of town I was stranded in Abilene early in the morning, about 7 am. I was able to hobble over to HOA and in line for service first of the day at 8 am. I Told them I thought it was the starter bit they must run the diagnostics in order to determine the source. I agree and expect them to call me back with the eatimate. I rent a vehicle so I could continue on to my appointments. At 4pm I hadn’t heard from anyone at HOA so I decide to drive by and check in. I found out they pulled my vehicle off the rack to take care of another customer who was waiting inbtheir waiting room and and they “felt” compassion to take care of them first. Due to this, I end up with an additional hotel stay and an additional rental fee. When I asked the service Mgr about it, she only stated that if I would have had a scheduled appointment things would have been different and since I didn’t, they could only work me in as they could. Not communicating properly to the customers or having them believe they could have me in and out the same day makes for a horrible first experience with HOA. Oh failed to mention the techs don’t put down paper liners on the floor mats either and now I have a giant grease print on my driver’s floor mat: More

Great service, long wait I’ve been coming to Honda of Abilene for many years. They provide excellent service but here lately the wait has been long. I’m still waiting, 3 hours I’ve been coming to Honda of Abilene for many years. They provide excellent service but here lately the wait has been long. I’m still waiting, 3 hours later, for a fix on my car that they broke. Yesterday it was an hour and a half for an oil change when I made an appointment. I will still continue to come here though. More
