Did a good job, but wanted to postpone till Monday They got me in when i wanted and did a great job. Only complaint is that they tried have me wait till Monday to pick up my car. Confusing The staff were all very nice, but there appears to be issues with management. High turnover at all levels of staff. I unfortunately was shopping for The staff were all very nice, but there appears to be issues with management. High turnover at all levels of staff. I unfortunately was shopping for cars online first to narrow down my search before driving around and during a sales event the Honda store pulled all pricing off the website. Also there is no pricing on any cars at all. So you basically couldn't shop unless you visit the store in person Mon-Sat. Other dealerships had a huge advantage right off the bat. We even were able to see prices online from other Lithia dealerships. We almost didn't consider Honda at all. At Lawrence Hall they have a price on every vehicle, and keys in every vehicle. They made the shopping and buying process very easy. We ended up buying one car at Honda, and one at Lawrence Hall. The best car for us still beat out all the other factors in the end. But we did end up dealing with 5-6 different sales people at Honda due to high staff turnover. We ended up with Jewelz in the end and she did a good job, and Adrian in Finance was very impressive and good to deal with. At the very least I'd suggest moving more and more towards the model of sales where you put a firm price online and on every car that is about $500-1000 cheaper than what you are asking now, and just tell people that's the price.... no negotiations. More
