I went for one vehicle and was disappointed it didn’t work out so she went and found something even better in my price range and worked with my schedule that was absolutely crazy at the time. She even helped me get everything out of my vehicle even the car seat base and loaded into the new car. I have a four month old who is busy and likes to talk and she was so patient and kind during the whole process even with my little trying to talk over her. Love our car, but didn't enjoy or appreciate the salespeople We came in with a budget in mind and knowing what we wanted. We were also told that our vehicle would be detailed, however, was barely vacuumed. On top of these issues we learned that our salespeople ended up transferring to a different dealership. We would reccomend this dealership, only after fixing the customer service team. Our only saving grace was the finance manager. More

Fast forward to April, less than a year AFTER THE SALE, I have a question and needed to speak to someone from the dealership. I have spoken to a receptionist multiple times and asked for assistance and I have left messages for a return call from the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager, all on their personal message voicemail boxes. More than five days, many calls and at least four messages later, NO CALL BACK. When they were working for the sale, they were amazing. After the sale... I am very disappointed. More
