I appreciated being treated as an individual and not a sale. Time was taken out to show the pros and cons and really explain them to me if I did not understand. (My appointment was at 2 pm and I arrived at 2:06) oh, and I drove in from Brownwood, (a little over an hours drive) I used to be a service advisor, at 3 different dealerships in Midland. Probably 3 years worth of experience. So I know a little about the business. It seemed there was no communication from one service visit to the next. One of the other reviews mentioned several individual employees involved in a single work order. The poor guy that helped me really couldn’t answer any of my questions, he was more like a politician. He wouldn’t answer any of my questions straight out, so I finally quite asking questions. IF YOU ARE REALLY INTERESTED IN YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEY NEED MORE TRAINING, OR MAYBE DIFFERENT TRAINING. I’m not mad, just being constuctive. Oh, the simple seatbelt repair took 3 hours. More
