maintenance visit I had an appointment at 10:00 am for an oil change, state inspection & to have a tire checked for a slow leak. I also had the in cabin air filter cha I had an appointment at 10:00 am for an oil change, state inspection & to have a tire checked for a slow leak. I also had the in cabin air filter changed. My car did not move out of the intake bay until around 11:30. I was told around 12:30 that my car was done. Why did I make an appointment if it will take that long to even get my car in to start working on it? My plans that I had for that day was shot. Arthur was nice enough to keep me informed as to how much longer it would take. I thought the price was high for the in cabin filter and for patching the tire. More

Lifetime oil change I made an appointment over the phone 6 days before coming. When we arrived (15 minutes early) the waiting area was packed. The service advisor couldn’t find my appointment. I wasn’t given an expected wait time. We were waiting for an hour and a half. I know the lifetime oil changes are probably not top priority but it was a selling point for me when I bought my C-RV. If there is a better way for me to make an appointment other than calling the service department, I would appreciate knowing what that is. More

Deceitful Worked out a deal on a "new" Honda Pilot and part of the deal was to keep the all weather floor mats, deep clean the interior and repair some paint ch Worked out a deal on a "new" Honda Pilot and part of the deal was to keep the all weather floor mats, deep clean the interior and repair some paint chipping on the outside. I made an 8am appointment, drove an 1 1/2 hours to take the car back for the repairs and floor mats, and waited for 2 hours before anything happened. When we got the car back a few days later, they did not put the floor mats in, did not clean the interior, and did not repair all the paint chips we had agreed to before I signed. One paint chip on the handle was repaired with the wrong color. We have called multiple times and spoken with Taisha and Jacob and we have been promised things will be made right and they will be in touch. Over a week later we have yet to hear anything. More

Appointments mean nothing I had an appointment for 11 am. I arrived on time and checked in. I was told by the gentleman at the desk that there were only two mechanics in the sh I had an appointment for 11 am. I arrived on time and checked in. I was told by the gentleman at the desk that there were only two mechanics in the shop and they're pretty backed up right now. I had to be home so my wife could go to the doctor at 2:30 and he said it was possible that one of them could get to it by then so I decided to wait. Just before 1 pm they moved my car from the service entrance, but I didn't see it in the shop so I walked outside and they had simply parked it outside on the side of the building. A few minutes later the same guy from when I checked in came and told me there's no way the two guys are going to get to me. He explained that some days are really easy with getting people in and out and others are not as smooth. I asked what the point of appointments was if 2 hours after mine my car still hasn't been looked at? He said they're working on this problem with appointments. The staff was perfectly pleasant and respectful, but that doesn't change the fact that I wasted 2 hours of my work day for nothing. Not the first time this has happened to me either with them. The last time I had an appointment and didn't wait with my car, I dropped it off at 8 am and went to work. 8 hours later I call to see if it's ready and I'm told they are bringing it to the back right now to begin the work on it. So apparently appointments don't matter if you don't wait in the building for them to be done. More
