Both Tom and Eric were great to work with when it came working out a deal that we could both agree on. The initial price was very competitive but they were willing to take an extra step to complete the de working out a deal that we could both agree on. I went there knowing that I could get an interest rate through a certain lender which was 60 months at 2.23% and they were able to get me a 60 month 1.74% which was pretty impressive.
