Iryna made the experience so easy, she was welcoming, took time and was patient in explaining all the different features/price of each Crosstreck in the lot to me. We did a test drive and I was sold. She then walked me through the buying process and the next night I picked up my car. While we waited for information needed, she gave me a tour of the entire facility, explained what I would need to do when I brought the car in for service and continually asked if I needed anything.
