All American does my service. I had new brake pads installed after about 46k miles. Not bad. About 3 days later I heard noise, Thought nothing of it as I figured the pads were bei I had new brake pads installed after about 46k miles. Not bad. About 3 days later I heard noise, Thought nothing of it as I figured the pads were being worn in. But it just persisted days later. It was about 2wks later I brought it in to get it fixed. Drove it home and the was gone. The following morning driving to work it was back. Bought back again. And long story short they fixed with new rotor and pad. Totally unexpected. Noise no longer persists. Smooth responsive silent braking. AA is committed to customer satisfaction, and are very friendly.
