All good at All American After finding a 2010 Ford Edge on there website, I decided to go in and take a look at it not expecting to buy it that day. However from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out with car in hand, the staff at All American Ford in Hackensack couldn't be more friendly. From helping me locate the car (thanks Kyle) taking it for a test drive and giving me a fair price ( thanks Travis) I couldn't be more pleased. Did I mention that I walked away with the car that day! The staff took care all of the paper work for me, from registrition to even getting the plates for me. Once I was approved for financing the finance manager Abdul was more than willing to sit down and go over all the details of the different warranties and finance plans they had. Overall i had a great experience here and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Ford. More

He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, easy-going, and took the time that was needed to get us out the door with our Explorer that day. I was with my 14 year-old son and he was very kind to him, answering all of his questions as well. We felt so comfortable with Rudy, who listened to what my needs and wants were with the Explorer. I ended up with a great deal, which included more options than I needed in a vehicle, but definitely what I wanted.
