Worst experience of buying a car in 30 years This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with, all they wanted was my money for zero customer service. In April 2014 I wanted a new Ford Edge with This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with, all they wanted was my money for zero customer service. In April 2014 I wanted a new Ford Edge with specific items and through Truecar I found All American who said they had the car in a variety of colors and at the price I wanted. So I made my way to the dealership where I was met by a salesman who sat me down and said that they didn't have any of the cars I wanted or had been told were available but they had another at $3,000 more expensive. After an 1 1/2 hours of sitting there with the salesman going through various combinations I did not want or that were way over the budget that we agreed, he found a car that at least was acceptable. He then took $500 of my money and said that the car would be here tomorrow. 48 hours later no car and only after demanding my money back did he answer either my calls or emails that I sent. He then almost "demanded" I pick the car up the next day as it was the end of the month and stupidly I agreed, so arranged to pick it up at 7pm. When I arrived at the showroom, no car, it was being delivered from Massachusetts. Then the paperwork was wrong, they had understated the amount I owed by $300 so my bank draft was wrong, the NY Tax rate was wrong as well and in the end we were writing figures on scraps of paper. Finally my car arrived at 9pm so I had waited 2 hours but no I could not have the car as it needed filling with gas. 30 minutes later I was handed the keys and that was it, there I was standing in the middle of the showroom, no one showed me to my car, no one showed me how anything worked, and I was left to just get on with it. The cost of the car $32k + tax. You would think that was the end of it oh no, I'm still waiting on registration docs which only after I chased them did it appear that they have mysteriously disappeared!! Would I ever, ever buy from them or Ford, nope not if this is the standard. The strange thing is I was told by a friend in the industry that All American are a "Bait and Switch" company but did I listen, I wish I had. More

From the moment I met Brian my Sales I can say and it usually never happens this way I had a quick , easy and awesome experience at All American Ford. From the moment I met Brian my Sales rep to my finance guy Alex it went nice and smooth. I had less then perfect credit and they still treated me like a millionaire. They kept me in the loop throughout the process from start to finish. I know there were people behind the scenes but it's just a testament of the team approach that All American Ford has to make sure each customer as a great experience. More
