He was extremely professional, very friendly, and went far beyond normal to help me find the vehicle that I wanted. After a mix-up with an online listing that was no longer available, he found the vehicle that I ended up purchasing at their dealership in Kingston, NY. I don't know too many people that would go out of their way to satisfy a potential buyer like that.
