I have worked with Carlos Marin on my latest two leases. Great customer service & hospitality!!! Sales rep Jim Payne was very helpful, knowledgeable, proffesional and most importantly straight forward. No time wasted with nonsense at all. After he let me test drive about 4 different models, he found the truck that I wanted, brought it in and held it for me. He worked a deal that i thought was great, then was VERY patient with me on the day of delivery when I changed my mind (last minute after signing all the paperwork), and went with a different truck that was on their showroom floor. Same goes for the finance department, who had to complete 2 different sets of paperwork for me. In spite of all this, i was still in and out of there in just a few hours :) Overall great experience and I highly recomend it!!! More

Jim Payne, force of personality and good manners charmed and encouraged me to see the way toward a car they were expecting in the following week that met the specifications even at the higher price. I bought the car from Jim Payne accepted delivery today from him on his scheduled day off. jim Payne is a gentlemen and excellent at his craft. More
