My salesperson (Steve Martino) was informative, patient and as friendly and forthcoming as it's possible to be. In the business office Richard Fernandez made the experience of signing a sheaf of papers understandable and relaxing. I'll be shocked if the service department doesn't live up to the high standards of everyone I dealt with on my visit. Lastly, I love the Fusion I was sold (I have been a GM person my whole life!), and can't imagine how a car buying experience could have gone any better. I'd also like to add that the Ford website is a dynamite tool for gathering information before you make a decision to buy. More

This was my first time buying a new car. I expected the sales person to be pushy and obnoxious. My husband and I entered the dealership and began looking around. We went back the next day with more questions and made a decision to purchase a Ford Fusion. I drove it home the day after. I am very happy with my purchase.
