I have previously been to All American Ford in Hackensack during the year 2012 to lease a vehicle for my fiance (my girlfriend back in 2012). I was recommended by fellow firefighters to go to All American Fo during the year 2012 to lease a vehicle for my fiance (my girlfriend back in 2012). I was recommended by fellow firefighters to go to All American Ford & to meet Steve Plunkett. I met with Steve & got introduced to Julian Santiago Jr. We leased a 2012 Ford Escape XLT in January of 2012 for her. With the way we were treated before, during & after the sale by Julian, & Steve we decided to come back this year for my new vehicle as my lease was expiring. With no hesitiation Julian & Steve did nothing but their very best to assist me getting into the right vehicle & at the right cost. They truly went above and beyond the average sales persons responsibility to assist both myself & my fiance at the time of both leases. I picked up my 2013 F-150 on 3/19/13 & due to the incliment weather we had in the area, Julian did not hesitate to tell me that he would not detail the vehicle due to the salt & junk that would be on the roadway & to come back at a later date for the detail. Also Julian told me that if I had any issues with my SYNC to contact him & he would arrange a second SYNC session at the dealership. Some of my family & friends leases are expiring this year (2013) & I have told them about my experience @ All American Ford & with Julian & Steve, they have requested business cards from Julian & they would come in and meet with him when the time is right.
