Purchasing a new vehicle can be very stressful and frustrating.. I chose to go to All American Ford in Hackensack because a very good friend of my fiancé told me to go there. When I walked into the show room I was greeted instantly by sales man Rudolph Porter aka Rudy. I told him I was there to see Joe Fisher sales manager to purchase a vehicle. He went directly to him and informed Joe that I was there with my fiancé. Rudy came back and asked if there was anything he could do to help while I waited for Joe which wasn't a long wait. To make a long story short Rudy was a great help and Joe Fisher was there throughout the whole process. Even the finance manager Chris Ortiz was a pleasure to do business with. They made a 5 hour stay funny comfortable and most of understanding & polite. At the end of it all, it was worth the 5 hours because I walked out with the SUV I wanted for a great price. I don't usually write reviews but I really had a great experience at All American Ford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. But don't take my word for it go check it out yourself. Originally, I was going to purchase a Toyota Tundra pickup truck. When I couldn't make the deal, I stopped in at All American Ford just to see what was available. On the recommendation of my son, I saw Larry Rubin. He was fantastic! Although they didn't have what I wanted in stock, he searched to find it for me. Never any pressure to buy something I didn't want, even though it was the end of the month. After about 2 weeks, he found what i wanted had come in and the deal was done. On delivery, he patiently went over the vehicle from bumper to bumper explaining every detail of my new F-150 pickup. He explained service procedures, reset my own door entry code and even set up my Sync account for my Bluetooth. You couldn't ask for a better salesman and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. More

The only area which is not a reflection on Julian is that the time it took to wait for the finance per making a deal for the 2013 Fusion for my wife. I understand it's part of the process but maybe an express line for customers who are not financing a vehicle could be set up to speed the process.
