Joe helped me feel comfortable with experience of buying from this dealership overall and I found it very refreshing that he made himself so available to me throughout the process in case I had any concerns. This is the extra mile that I feel not all managers from other dealerships go and is one of the key differences that sets All American Ford apart from other dealerships. Travis found exactly what I was looking for and worked very quickly, but without any pressure; which gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision in time to take advantage of a Ford loyalty coupon I had before it expired and without pressure. I felt like he really worked hard to find the vehicle with the exact specifications I wanted quickly, not just something close to it - EXACTLY what I wanted. He also made himself very available to me throughout the process; allowing me to communicate by phone, email, and fax as needed. He returned calls/messages very quickly (within minutes), was very knowledgeable about Ford products and services, friendly, and professional. He treated me with respect and truly made me feel valued to their business. There was no beating around the bush with him as he was very clear when discussing questions/concerns and to-the-point, which I truly appreciated and which allowed me to feel like I could trust him. He even went above and beyond to ensure I am refunded the GAP insurance on my prior Ford vehicle since it had been totaled and I was due a refund; even though I am sure that is not part of his core job responsibilities. Travis is the definition of a person who truly wants to help; going above and beyond his duties as my salesman and taking the time to explain things to me until I was confident with the information provided. Daniel showed me how to sync up our phones to the SYNC system, as well as how to use all of the technical features of the car. Even though I had a Fusion before (different year), Daniel showed me some things I never knew about and pointed out key differences between my previous Fusion and the new Fusion I had just purchased. He took his time when explaining everything and even helped program in some presets for our radio and Sirius stations. I left feeling very comfortable with how to use all of the features in mynew Fusion. It was very pleasant to work with Travis, Joe, and Daniel, and I would absolutely recommend All American Ford of Hackensack, especially Travis, Joe, and Daniel to anyone who asks.
