My wife and I just got our second Edge with All American Ford and we are extremely satisfied. Larry is very knowledgeable and patiently explained to my wife and I all the details in the different packages and helped us choose the best car for our needs. It was past 9 pm by the time we finished but we never felt pressured and Larry’s main concern was that we feel comfortable with the car and the deal we were getting into. In fact, he helped us get a better car than the one we were hoping to get! I will strongly recommend Larry and All American to anyone who is in the market for a new car. More

He will always go above and beyond to make you happy and he always does. Needless to say I picked up my new 2013 Ford Escape yesterday and I cannot stop driving. I love it. Thank you Larry without you it wouldn't have been possible. I also want to say thank you to my SYNC friend, Daniel who was so awesome and fun to deal with. He was sooo thorough in explaining the in's and outs of my high tech turbo car that I didn't even have a question to ask. I found this dealership through my credit union. After going to a few other dealerships, i decided to take a chance on this one. I already knew what type of car I wanted and I knew how car salesmen can b going to a few other dealerships, i decided to take a chance on this one. I already knew what type of car I wanted and I knew how car salesmen can be so i wanted to be prepared. When i went to All American Ford, I met Rudolph Porter and I told him I wanted a Ford Edge. He showed me a few and i found two that i liked. He was very friendly, he wasn't pushy, and he was very professional. He was also very detailed about the type of vehicle i wanted. He tried to find the right car for me that was in my price range and he wanted to make sure i was comfortable about the selection i was making. He answered every question I asked and he was very honest with me. If he didnt know the answer to my question, he would get a clearance from someone else. I was surprised when he told me he was new to All American Ford, only being there for about 2 or 3 months. He seemed like a seasoned salesman. Overall, i finally made my choice, and i am VERY pleased. Mr. Porter and also Alex S made this experience a great one. I have no complaints so far and i would recommend this dealership. More

My husband and I have had a rough couple of years financially, with multiple layoffs in his job as a union plumber, the loss of my job, and a medical emergency that finally pushed us into bankruptcy. financially, with multiple layoffs in his job as a union plumber, the loss of my job, and a medical emergency that finally pushed us into bankruptcy. Throughout, we managed to continue making our mortgage payments and car payments, and continued after the discharge. Unfortunately, our attorney did not reaffirm our car loans as we requested, and we found out that our on-time payments were not being reported to credit agencies to help us rebuild our credit. I had visited multiple dealers, including the one we've bought or leased our last three vehicles at, to try to get a smaller, more affordable vehicle, better on gas, and at a lower lease payment while payments would be reported to the credit agencies. Some, especially my long-term Toyota dealer, were downright rude to me, some were just sorry that with my poor credit, they couldn't get me to a payment I could afford. When I walked into All American, they directed me to Ansoni, who at first, came to the same conclusion as all the rest of the dealers had, they couldn't do what I really wanted. But he was kind and did not treat me like a dirtbag because I had been down on my financial luck. I appreciated the time he took, and that he did not get an attitude with me. I left feeling defeated but hopeful that by saving up some more $$ for a downpayment, I might be able to do it a couple months down the road. In the car on the ride home, Ansoni called me and told me that he had gone to another staff member at the dealer, explained my situation, and were going to take a chance on me and get me into a nice vehicle at the price I needed to be at! I was amazed. I believe that without his going the extra step, I would not be driving a brand new smaller, vehicle at a lower monthly payment than what I had been making. Ansoni and All-American Ford are AWESOME. More

The only complaint is how long the process takes. Granted, we did go late on the last day of the month, but we felt that three and a half hours was excessive. All-in-all, we have been pleased with All American Ford, and Larry Rubin in particular. We would recommend him to our friends. More
