They were diligently working for me to find a vehicle that was to my liking. Knowing my time is limited, Carlos made sure it was best utilized when I picked up my vehicle. While TJ, the sync specialist, showed me how to use all the electronics in my car, Carlos got most of the paperwork done. TJ was incredibly patient and informative. Not only did he answer all of my questions, but also those of my daughter. Next, we were introduced to Alex who helped me finish the final paperwork so I could officially take the car home. He made everything quick and easy, and was very pleasant to deal with. Before leaving Carlos told me if I have any questions about the vehicle at any time just to call.
