Hi Tim, My name is George Nicholas and the vehicle is a Ford Transit 1500. Sorry to be a whiner, but my service experience with All American has not been great. Besides my other complaints, the Last time in for service I also requested the gas door spring to be repaired. I was told the part needed to be ordered and you would contact me when it was in. I haven’t heard back on that and it’s been a few months. I really would love to sing your praises. While everyone is really nice at the dealership, the work quality has not been good. Last month I received an email asking if I’d like to schedule a service for the van. I responded with these similar concerns but did not receive a response. I know it is difficult to make everyone happy, and I’m not asking for special attention. I just feel that a good job for a fair price is not too much to ask for. Thanks for your time, George

We understand your frustration with Ford Motor Company and the fact that they do not produce black emblems for your specific Explorer. There was nothing we could do. And we apologize if we gave you the wrong impression about the review. We do not buy good reviews. If you do not offer the emblem why did my car sit there for 2 days to have the emblem put on and have the car detailed only to be told that the wrong emblem was ordered and the right one would be reordered and that they were to busy to detail the car? I’m still waiting on a call back that the right emblem has come in. There was no resolution offered only money to change my review so what do you call that? Despite all of these things, there is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for a general manager to hang up on a customer !
