Overall it was positive finanace was a bit of a struggle as I had to make sure I got all my incentives and I actually forgot about one that I could apply for but they didn’t even ask. I had my F150 tuned up and rear oil changed and I dealt with Marlon who was fantastic. He told me everything that was gonna be done and gave me the estimate and finish the truck as promised. all American with Marlon who was fantastic. I can always count on them to give me the best deal and treating me right. I always recommend my friends to go see Mark Powel for when buying a car. It’s just a nice place to shop. There’s no hassle. They’re honest with you and that’s all I look for. I have bought at least 10 cars over the years from Mark and all American Ford and never had a problem with any of the vehicles. More

Point Pleasant Ford was helpful from my 1st phonecall to the dealership. I spoke with Shana who put me in contact with Franklin a sales representative. I originally called for Justin Hutler (family friend) the dealership. I spoke with Shana who put me in contact with Franklin a sales representative. I originally called for Justin Hutler (family friend) he was on leave . Franklin was very knowledgeable & was able to help with our test drive , we loved the truck. We sat down with Franklin and did the paperwork. Very pleased with Franklin & the dealership , it was just a long wait for Michael Zrebiec the finance manager.
