Ryan and the staff at All American did an outstanding job servicing my Navigator. On Monday I experienced multiple mechanical problems and was faced with the time sensitive issue that I was to leave NJ for servicing my Navigator. On Monday I experienced multiple mechanical problems and was faced with the time sensitive issue that I was to leave NJ for six months on Saturday and needed my Navigator by Friday. I brought the truck in on Tuesday morning and All American was able to diagnose the problems, have parts shipped in and the work completed by Friday. I couldn't ask for a more positive outcome! More
My service writer, Matt was very knowledgeable, and made it very easy. Going through the process the lounge area was clean and comfortable as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced, which was done in a reas it very easy.
