I always like to have a sport car and a suv, and if it's possible I like to own same brand car, last time were both Porsche. I saw the Raptor on the internet, I loved the look, and as in Italy we don't have those kind of car I dreamed to buy a Raptor and a Shelby. I went to your dealer in Paramus NJ. As I arrive I saw two shelby in the parking lot, I took a look at the cars, and went inside, it was cold outside. I start talking with a salesman. Very polite, but not so informed about thecars I want to buy. He took me TWO times outside to only looks at the Shelby, and to read the spec's sticker on the window. I AM STILL WODERING WHAT FOR. After this "cold tour" he started informing me that the cars I want to buy are very particolar cars, high demanding cars, and in my mind I started to think that I was in the wrong place. Then he went back to the main desk, and he did this every 5 min. He continued is narration telling me that a NY GIANTS player bought a Raptor some days ago and he paid 1000 dollars over sticker price. I don'tunderstand why, but if he was ok with it. Till this moment I never heard something about how good the cars handle, how cool they are, and I didn't see the Raptor. I was very tired of all this stupidity, and I was about to leaving, then a younger guy come from the main desk come repeating the same stories, like I had to be impressed from that stories, like I was a baby and a stupid one.To close my narration. I told them I was very unconfortable in there, and I was going back to Porsche. I hope that dealer don't represent your standar sellermen, because if it is you will have a lot of trouble selling cars that would compete with mayor brands. Thanks for your patience, but I have to tell You all this story because it insulted me and made me change my mind. More
Overall great experience. That's what you can expect with dealing with this dealership. Service is second to none. The prices are right, the service is performed by Ford technicians so you know its done righ dealing with this dealership. Service is second to none. You feel like you are dealing with a friend, that's how personal they are. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. Awesome More
My wife and I have leased or owned Lincolns for years that we always got at another dealership. We went to All_American with our only intention to view colors due to lack of MKX models at our usual deal that we always got at another dealership. Mr.Jonanthan Luz,a true professional, made it impossible for us not to leave without a car. No hassles! All straight talk We were thrilled with ease of the whole sales experience. The rookie salesman Bill was a nice and sincere guy but Mr. Luz saved the day as he sized up our needs immediately and was aware of all applicable incentives we had heard of from Ford or ads. This is my second Ford lease from All American Ford Lincoln in Paramus and proud to say, I am a satisfied return customer. For a highway dealership, there is definitely a main street feel about the place, truly no hassles. It took several months to get to the point of sale and I was in regular contact with Chris who kept me informed of the best deals until I was ready to act, he certainly worked with me during the decison process. Peter on the sales team was very amiable and a pleasure to work with during the negotiations and in no way, did I feel pressured to make a decision. Nelson from a management perspective who remebered me from the first sale was instrumental in the final price that we arrived at and I feel I got a good value on a nicely equipped 2012 Edge. My vehicle has My Ford Touch and Michael was very helpful in signing me up with SYNC and giving me an in-car tutorial. All in all, it was a good experience and I reccomend All American Ford Lincoln for your next vehicle. Paul B. More
I stopped into this dealer on my way home from work. I previously did some researching on the internet and was contacted immdiately by Jersey City Ford. Unfortunately Jersey city Ford harrassed me to the point that it changed my mind on buying a FORD totally... They contacted me 4 times a day by email, phone and work for OVER a month. After several attempts to get them to stop I finally had to tell them I will report them for harrasment. When I met "JJ" I told him of my experience and he promised he would not call me, email me or harass me. He kept his word so I decided to give FORD another look. I contacted JJ several times about what I'm looking for and he worked with me. JJ went on vacation but I waited for him to come back because I now decided I WILL NOT WORK WITH ANYONE ELSE. I bought my new 2012 Ford Tauras from JJ and now I have my friends contacting him. He kept his word, he didn't harass me so I am a life customer.... More
Over the past fifty years I have purchased and leased numerous vehicles, inclusive of several Lincolns. These transactions involved many different dealers. None of them have approached the level of co numerous vehicles, inclusive of several Lincolns. These transactions involved many different dealers. None of them have approached the level of courtesy and professionalism I experencied in my recent visit to All American Ford. Salesman, John Petrillo, was especially friendly and helpful.Mr Domnick Minervini, the manager, was also most pleasant and seemed very much aware of everything taking place around him. I am a car buyer totally new to the experience, so I tried to do exhaustive research on the car I wanted so I would be ready. Sometimes, though, things don't go according to plan. I dealt with Deamus Blake from All American Ford in Paramus in looking to buy a very simple bare-bones Ford Fiesta S. This would be my very first new car, so I was on a very strict budget. I told Deamus that I had a limited time frame as my then current car was on its last legs. Deamus told me that it wasn't a very requested car, and thus, there would not be many of the kind, but he would try to find it. I put down my deposit and hoped for the best. I was informed that such a car was found but, another buyer had purchased it. Deamus once again went on the hunt. I was upset that I wouldn't find this car, but at least I had some time. My old car, however, began to break down and perform very poorly. Repairs would be costly and my time frame became immediate. I suddenly needed my deposit back. I now had a car that I couldn't trust and probably couldn't afford to repair. I came to Deamus pretty panicked that day (which was a day he was sick) but he remained completely calm and alerted me that the exact car I needed would be available in a shipment in two weeks. Sadly, I didn't have that kind of time. Deamus adjusted accordingly and offered another type of car than the one I wanted. I refused, as it was not the specific car I had budgeted for and researched. He then offered the same type of car I had specified, but at a higher trim level. Still outside of my budget. I was at my wit's end. I would not be able to go to work without a functioning vehicle and not working for two weeks would be a strain on my finances. Fortunately, Deamus completely understood. Somehow, he was able to offer the car I wanted at a higher trim and it was within my budget. Even more astonishing was that that same car was well under the price it was normally offered. I was dumbfounded. And saved! I cannot thank All American Ford enough for all the hard work they put into my search. More importantly, however, they adjusted quickly to a huge change in the parameters I set and I was able to retain my livelihood. I have to thank Deamus profoundly and repeatedly for staying patient, focused and calm throughout my minor breakdown. He understood my situation and found a way for all parties involved to get what they wanted. Thank you so much again to All American Ford and Mr. Deamus Blake. More
