Shocker of a place. For the first time in years car dealerships have some type of leverage and boy this dealership really didn’t want my business. I went in to inquire about the new mustang Mach e. It dealerships have some type of leverage and boy this dealership really didn’t want my business. I went in to inquire about the new mustang Mach e. It took 10 min for someone to come and help whilst the place was empty. I first asked about what the differences would be between the. 2021 and 2022 model - answer I got from the person: I have no idea. Then I was told they didn’t have an AWD just RWD which I was looking for. I asked to test drive the RWD which was outside but they told me no sorry no reason given. They then told me if you want we have an AWD being delivered in the next few weeks do you want to buy it? I just smiled and left. Will go to another ford dealership next week but if it’s the same type of service I will happily go for another brand. This experience was just crazy. More

Refusing to fix it blaming m WOULD GIVE THIS NO STARS BUT WOULD NOT LET ME!!Horrible experience!!! Having issue with sensors which is under warranty. Refusing to fix it blaming mechanic who put tires on. Telling me 3 are broke which I only went in for 1 . Had it re-checked and no sensors are broken!.. no one seems to want to help!!! Very frustrating ! Will never lease or buy a Ford again.. especially from this place!!!!! Now o know how people get taken advantage of! More
