Amazing Customer Service I recently purchased a used car for my son. Steve Van, our salesman, was amazing! He worked with us to find a car that would meet our needs. We origin I recently purchased a used car for my son. Steve Van, our salesman, was amazing! He worked with us to find a car that would meet our needs. We originally put down money on a car that we thought our son would like. It did not have blue tooth and he knew it was a concern. Without us asking Steve found out what needed to be done to install it and how much it would cost. My son then found another car located at a different Ford dealership. Steve had no problem letting the first car go and moving quickly to help us put a deposit on the second car and making arrangements to have the car brought to Paramus, the very same day, so that we could look at it. Steve never pressured us and did his best to make sure we were extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership.
