Amazing Customer Service I recently purchased a used car for my son. Steve Van, our salesman, was amazing! He worked with us to find a car that would meet our needs. We originally put down money on a car that we thought our son would like. It did not have blue tooth and he knew it was a concern. Without us asking Steve found out what needed to be done to install it and how much it would cost. My son then found another car located at a different Ford dealership. Steve had no problem letting the first car go and moving quickly to help us put a deposit on the second car and making arrangements to have the car brought to Paramus, the very same day, so that we could look at it. Steve never pressured us and did his best to make sure we were extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership. Steve V. enlisted the help of his manager, Steve, who was extremely professional and they worked with us on the price. In the end we are very satisfied customers with a very happy son. J.J. was the opposite; he took the time to work with me on the specific vehicle and options that I felt were important and helped me to weigh the benefits/drawbacks of buying vs leasing. His manner was straightforward and non-pressured, even encouraging me to check with other dealerships if I wanted to be sure that the deal that he was offering was a good one. As part of the deal, J.J. gave me a fair price for my trade and took the time to explain how the process would work in terms of changing vehicle ownership, paying off my remaining car loan and how these issues would factor into the overall deal. I'm now enjoying my new vehicle and looking forward to becoming a repeat customer in the future. More
