Once again, the service department exceeded my expectations. I got a flat tire, and I called roadside assistance. They were so quick that I called at 12pm, they got to my location at 1pm and at 2p expectations. I got a flat tire, and I called roadside assistance. I was really surprised because some tow in companies take more than 3 hours just to get to the first location, so now I know I can trust them at anytime. Michael B called me first thing in the morning and took care of me as always. He informed me that the tire was not in stock, but he could order it and get it by the afternoon. As soon as he got the tire, he put it on and called me to let me know my car was ready. The process for the pick up was quick too. I paid and left to wait for my car, but no, it was outside already. This is the kind of customer service I give and I am grateful you guys do the same too. I am happy customer and I’ll always come back to the service department for Mike. He’s honest and he doesn’t give false hope and expectations to his customers. They ask for five stars, but I give a 20/10 for roadside and a 1000/10 for Mike B and his team! More

My experience with the service department- Ford at Paramus is the best. I don’t have any problems with my car, so I’m not there often. However, the two times I brought it in for an engine light, Mic Paramus is the best. I don’t have any problems with my car, so I’m not there often. However, the two times I brought it in for an engine light, Michael B took care of me and he was excellent and he has excellent customer service; I hope I can keep working with him in the future. I only have one concern. This time I received a recall letter and I called to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone seemed to be bothered by my phone call, maybe she had a bad day or something, I don’t know. I told her I wanted to make an appointment and rudely she asked “have you ever been here before?” I answered yes, I bought the car from there. I gave her my phone number and she kept giving me attitude when she was talking to me like she wanted to hang up the phone quickly. As a person who also works at a dealership, I try to give the best customer service I can, and she was not giving it lol. I also try be easy and prepare myself for the way they work so I don’t waste anybody’s time. I asked her questions like “do I have to wait for parts to be ordered and make the appointment later?” “Is the recall open yet, or is it opening later? (As I understand every brand works differently)”, and as I kept asking she seemed more and more bothered to keep talking to me. Then she told me they can do a mobile service, I told her it was perfect for me, and she cold transferred me to Meghan. I left a voicemail and I know as soon as Meghan heard it, she called me. She was kind, she was ready, she listened to me, she answered all my questions, she addressed my concerns, she accommodated me and made the appointment for the next day. She actually did the best to make it convenient for me which I really appreciate because I’m busy all the time. The technician who came to do the recall was also really nice, he came on time, and he was quick with it too! Other than that, I’ll keep bringing my car for whatever I need to Mike B and Meghan! If you’re looking for a service advisor ask for them! Thank you All American Ford Paramus! More
