I have been to this dealer several times, and also called I have been to this dealer several times, and also called them many times about the same problem. The financing department never answers your calls, I have been to this dealer several times, and also called them many times about the same problem. The financing department never answers your calls, and if so they will give you the run around, They always blame somebody else for their mistakes. On march 15 We leased a brand new Ford explorer sport 2013 from this dealer because the vehicle was hard to find and they had it on their lot. My wife is a straight "A" college student and we printed a certificate for a $500 off the price of the vehicle, we followed all the instructions on the program and headquaters agreed that we do qualify, according to headquaters the dealer is not submitting the paperwork that we have provided them with. The dealer first told me that the salesperson Jonathan Malave was fired because he was failing to the right job. On the forth time that I have spoken to headquaters they even told me that they last ask for it on jun 24 and the dealer does not sent them the corrected paper work. Today I spoke again and they are still waiting for the dealer so that they can make it happen with some type of excemption. MY believe is that after this dealer get the Car off the parking lot, It is not their problem anymore. I have decided to get a second ford vehicle but these people really kill motivation. I have have a rear seat belt replace twice and it always brakes on the same spot, that is the third broken seat belt in less than six months that the car have. The panels around the seat-belt are never attach properly .It could be they rush to install it. I am very dissastify but I can not go back in time. But I can allert everyone including my 4000 + co-workers that I have at Newark airport not to deal with them. More

I had originally called and asked Sam (last name unknown) to price me a car over the phone. He showed me the car and we discussed the price again and instead of going up from what Sam had given, it had actually gone down a few dollars. It had taken me over a week to decide that this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and also a very negative experience at a different Ford dealership. When I recontacted Jon, he was very professional, eager to help me and VERY patient and the best part was that the price still stayed the same. More

We decided to buy from All-American after we shopped around at other dealers. We received the best price from their Internet Sales Manager, Greg Pfeffer. Greg turned the paperwork over to another salesperson, Paul Fins. Although Paul is no longer there, he was wonderful to work with to initially order the car. We then worked with Peter Schultz, and his manager Ramy Elsafty. Both of them provided us great support until the car was delivered to us. Neil Hutkins, the finance person who helped us, arranged the very best car loan that he could get for us. The APR that he got for us was unable to be matched by my Credit Union, which is almost unheard of! Today, I had a service issue with the car. I spoke with Joey Delorenzo (a woman) and she had all the paperwork and a loaner car all arranged for me by the time I came in! Service like that can't be beat! Thanks again to all of the All-American Team, who helped make this car buying experience wonderful!
