Just got a brand new 2016 Ford Fusion and it was actually an enjoyable and pleasurable experience. My sales associate JAMIE THALOR was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure and very upfront. He took his time with me, answered all my questions and let me make my own decision without the typical sales pressure. The floor sales manager was great. Polite, professional and very accommodating. I got a deal that I was comfortable with and I am so pleased with the vehicle. I am a mature guy and have bought a lot of cars in my life. I have to say that this experience rated on the top. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Stop in and ask for Jamie - you will not be disappointed. More

This was the car we got 3 years ago from All American and we were so happy with the performance, looks and safety, we got it again. From beautiful Claudia, our sales associate, Joe, her manager to Ramy the business manager. No pressure, no problem. They went out of there way to be helpful. We even walked away with a better interest rate than we expected. We got a good deal on a great car. our sixth ford and our first with All-American but definitely not our last with this dealership. My only regret is not buying from them before. I recommend all Staten Islanders to go across the bridge to All-American Ford and skip the bad attitude and higher prices of the Staten Island dealer. Strange experience w/ Donna We live near the All American Ford in Kingston, NY and we went there to buy a new F350 but they didn't have one in stock with the options we wanted. W We live near the All American Ford in Kingston, NY and we went there to buy a new F350 but they didn't have one in stock with the options we wanted. We ended up doing our own research based on a VIN number that they advertised on their web site with all the options and colors of what we wanted but no photos available. We tracked it down to being in-stock at the Old Bridge location and supposedly all these 'All American Ford' places work together. Based on that thought, I took it upon myself to call them direct and ask them if they could simply email some photos of this truck. The gal who answers the phone handed us over to 'Donna' in commercial sales. At first, Donna seemed nice and agreed to take photos right after her lunch break and send them to us. In the interim, I called her back, replying to a voice mail I got from her. I made the MISTAKE of leaving her a VM, that we were dealing with the Kingston branch and that we didn't want to be dirtbags and go behind their backs so we intended on sticking with them. We just wanted photos of the truck. I figured being honest was a good thing...because they all work together, right? Ha! Well, lunch time comes and goes, I get no pictures. I call her back, she answers, and she has some lame excuse and I can hear a sarcastic giggle going on as she says something to the effect of 'I was waiting for you to tell me you still wanted them, hee hee'. Ummm, WHAT? Wasn't that the whole point of me contacting you in the first place, Donna? Basically, long story short; when she knew she wasn't personally getting the sale, she blew us off. I found it all to be seriously immature and unprofessional and we never did get any photos. Instead, our local AAF went right down and picked the truck up for us, and we bought it. Donna should realize that you never burn any bridges in business as you never know who we know or who in our family lives in that area and might patronize that dealership. My review here would have been stellar if she took 10 minutes of her precious time to help me out even though she wasn't getting the sale. THAT would have shown integrity and class. But, nope. The star rating is based on HER performance. More

In May of this year, my husband and I purchased a Ford Fusion. The service was incredible, the people there made us feel like royalty. Which is why, when I decided to get rid of my Jeep Liberty, I knew I wanted another Ford experience. So yesterday, we headed off to the dealership on Route 9 in Old Bridge once again. From the moment we entered, we again felt it – they remembered us and even the car we had previously purchased. Joe was patient as I tried to decide what color and features I wanted on my Escape. He found the PERFECT one for me, and worked like a dog to get me the price I could afford! Since the exact one with all the features I wanted was in Point Pleasant, he even drove down there and brought it back for me. I test drove it and fell in love. Joe and Ramy made this work for us! Usually buying a car is both wonderful and excruciating - wonderful because you're getting a new car, excruciating because of the time and paperwork involved. Both these men made everything go smoothly and bent over backwards to ensure that even the smallest detail went well. I love this place and would never go anywhere else. They were warm, receptive and friendly. I appreciated the knowledge and fairness in making a great deal for me.
