I stopped into All American Ford in Old Bridge on Saturday afternoon after seeing a certified pre owned car online that I was interested in. From the moment I got out of the car and walked inside the Saturday afternoon after seeing a certified pre owned car online that I was interested in. From the moment I got out of the car and walked inside the experience already felt much better than any other dealership experience. No crowd of salesmen/saleswomen waiting outside for the moment you step out of your car, no one swarming you like vultures pulling you with them before anyone else can. My wife and I were greeted at the front desk and I mentioned I inquired online about a specific car. I was then referred to the salesman Stephen who right off of the bat was a great guy who made us feel 100% comfortable and confident the whole entire time. We sat for a few minutes at his desk to speak about the car I was looking at and just getting to know each other a bit. We went outside on the lot to find the car which we did. The car was having trouble starting but not to worry - Stephen had the service team attempt to jump it and ultimately had the battery changed completely for a new one. No big deal at all, car was certified pre owned and battery changed under warranty. We went back inside while this was being done, had a cup of coffee and got to know each other more. Once the battery was swapped we went out to test drive the car. Beautiful car. Inside and out it was like brand new and was a very smooth drive. For a certified 2016 model with only 36,000 miles, it has warranties valid thru 2023 & 2026 or 100,000 miles and was an internet special marked down $4,000. Could not beat the price anywhere I looked. I mentioned that I was pre approved for a loan with a bank but Greg from finance was able to get me a rate that was almost 3% lower than the pre approval that I walked in with. No stress, no tension, and no bad/uncomfortable moments at all even during the financial aspect of the experience. Stephen also handled everything in regards to my lease thru GM which was paid off but needed to be returned. Not only was this by far the smoothest and fastest car buying experience that I’ve ever had, it was the most pleasurable experience all due to the staff at All American Ford. Greg was very helpful on the finance side. Stephen was an absolutely tremendous, professional salesman who truly looks out for his customers and wants to make them happy. I will definitely be glad to make the 40 min drive back down to Old Bridge to work with Stephen and the team at All American Ford again in the future. Thank You Mate! More

I spoke to the internet manager, Kim, was very helpful and provided transparent and accurate quotes. She was accommodating with additional questions and discussing different Explorers we were considering. Once decided, I provided paperwork to get the process started via email sending a secure file. The lease manager took the process at that point with no issues or hassles. In fact, he was very pleasant to speak with and when we met to close the deal. He went so far as to deliver the Explorer to our house, at no additional charge, due my families bust schedule. That's customer service! Greg the finance manager was a breeze with paper work and low pressure on post sale items. Overall a great experience! I only wish they were closer to Staten Island. Thank you. Joe P More

After seven weeks and the manager of All American Ford accusing me of spilling liquid in the car and telling me there was no mold or oder, the leak was found and repaired. The car was cleaned to remove the mold oder. We paid nearly $1000 with Ford Corporate paying $1250 towards the bill. We immediately drove the vehicle to our local mechanic because the air conditioner doesn't work! End of story...NOPE! While the car was in repair From May 17 to July 3 All American Ford got a recall notice on the rear suspension two weeks ago. They forgot to repair it! I received the letter on 7/5/19. All American manager Patrick, refuses to make the repair! He refuses to pay a private mechanic to make the repair! I called Ford Corporate. I was told the repair parts are in stock. They contacted Irwin Ford of Freehold, NJ. They told me they have to ORDER the parts as they are not in stock! They will call me once the parts are available.
