Had been a customer for over 5 years, but the quality of customer service had been declining lately. I got an estimate and when I scheduled to get the service done I was given slightly higher estimate. Whe customer service had been declining lately. I got an estimate and when I scheduled to get the service done I was given slightly higher estimate. When I asked why is it so, the person says “Get it done or don’t.” It’s apparent he doesn’t care for the service. He needs to be retrained. Someone else intervened and he agreed to do it for the original estimate. Otherwise, I am happy with the servicing they provide to my car. More
