I had recent brake service And began having chattering in the front end when stopping. The service rep indicated I had my back brakes replaced during the previous service. I was told the front rotors were the front end when stopping. The service rep indicated I had my back brakes replaced during the previous service. I was told the front rotors were warped but the pads were ok. The service representative then returned and showed me a brake pad with a large chunk missing and indicated the pads needed replacement as well. When I returned home I checked my previous receipt for service and found my front brakes were replaced. I returned to the dealership and spoke to the service manager. I discussed the issue and showed him my receipt. The service manager agreed and quickly refunded the $550 bill. I give the rating of one star because of the quick resolution but should be a zero for trying to deceive me and basically defraud me of my money. More
